Sometimes, all you need is someone to answer questions you may have or fix bugs in your Quickbooks system. I know how frustrating it can be to call the Quickbooks tech support line. You call an automated service, enter your account numbers, then wait on hold. You finally talk to a human, only to be put on hold and transferred again. At some point you finally get to talk to a tech support person and they have a hard time understanding your issues. It is frustrating! All you wish for is a normal person that you can call and talk to with out being placed on hold forever. You can call me instead.
